Personal information will only be collected directly from you at your consent. This includes: Name, Address, Email Address, Telephone Number and Land Registry information.

We collect this information in order to provide Chartered Surveying services which you have engaged us to do.

We use this information to conduct Chartered Surveying services relevant to the contract you have engaged us in.

Any information relating to the project you have engaged Brittain Hadley in to, will be kept on paper file for a maximum of 6 years.

After 6 years any information relating to the project you have entered with Brittain Hadley will be professionally destroyed.
